Our AC unit was leaking water and we called to have someone come check it out. The dispatcher was able to get a tech out the same day. The tech Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable and helped diagnose the issue. One of the worst issues for a homeowner is for your AC to go out in the middle of summer in Texas but Midcities AC takes care of you like you're their family. Thank ya'll for helping us keep cool!!!

I wanted to let you know of the results of the 1st summer with the new AC units y'all installed last spring. I calculate our AC usage by averaging the winter kw-hr use then subtracting that value from our summer usage to get a kw-hr for AC then dividing that by the NWS reported cooling degree days. Below are the season results since 2009.
In summary, we averaged 2.16 kw-hr per cdd 2009-16 but this year that value dropped to ~1.4, or more than 30% reduced energy use, We used 2000 kw-hr less this last summer than our best previous summer since 2009.

Always have received great service from this company and we've been using them for about ten years. Last summer our a/c unit broke and the technician noticed that the broken unit was still barely under warranty with the manufacturer.
