I appreciate Jonathan answering all of my questions with patience and understanding that educating the homeowner on the AC problem/damage as well as cost to repair. He also was very transparent in explaining that the current repair solution might be short lived and that I should be prepared for a larger cost in the near future. As unfortunate as it was to hear it, I appreciated the heads up so I could begin preparing.

Bryan was very courteous, on time, and serviced my furnace quickly and thoroughly.

Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue fairly quickly, about an hour, but the price was pretty high, I'm still trying to justify $450 for a capacitor and an install of MY store BOUGHT thermostat and a quick overall inspection and didn't and couldn't check the compressor due to the cold temperature outside, The tech was 5 stars but what the company charged, I could only justify 1 out of 5 stars
